Mail Forwarding
Parcels & Packages We can accept parcels by prior arrangement at our North of England Address only.  We have limited storage space and any parcel delivered to us must be re-dispatched as soon as possible.

Please Note: our Basic Mail Forwarding service is a letter-handling service with occasional parcel traffic.  We can handle Returned Goods and other parcels for business users, in which case you will need our Business Service, which is available from our North of England address only, and costs will depend upon the volume of business and type of services required.

Couriers
Our address is accepted by all courier-services operating in the UK.  Some of our competitors offer a numbered mailbox only and many couriers will not deliver to a P.O. Box or Mailbox in a building.

Please Note: All courier services make us liable for any shipment costs to you - even when using your account: we will therefore require payment in advance for courier shipments.

Outgoing Mail
For a complete service - we will dispatch any letters that you send to us for re-posting. There is no extra charge for this, only the cost of postage.

Payment
We can accept Credit or Debit Cards, Bank Transfer at senders expense, Money-Orders in £UK, or Cheques (checks) and Paypay.

NON-UK Customers
We are unable to validate your credit or debit cards due to limitations of the banking system.   We may ask you to complete an Authority to Charge, which we can send to you by email, which you should sign and return to us, either by email, fax or mail.  We may need to confirm cardholder identity, and in that case we would require a copy of a recent utility bill or similar, to be scanned and emailed to us, sent by fax, or posted to us.

Top-Up Payments
Mail Forwarding customers will need to keep their account in credit by making 'Top-Up' payments from time to time depending upon the volume of post, the frequency of dispatch and the cost of postage to your address from ours.  We will notify you by email when your account balance is low.

Privacy
Most of our customers either wish to have a UK postal address to improve their business-standing, or would rather keep their business and private lives seperate.  We understand and respect this situation.  We sometimes receive enquiries, and even visits, from the general public, competitors or others who ask about our clients: we do not supply information to them.

We do not condone or support criminal activity or fraudulent trading using our services and will terminate any arrangement where such activity is brought to our attention.
